We have a team of local, highly-trained visual media professionals providing you with same day availability and next day turnaround.

Owner

Daniel graduated with a design degree from the University of Cincinnati and spent the next 6 years working in marketing for a global non-profit dedicated to giving a voice to orphaned and vulnerable children. He brought his photography, video, and marketing experience to launch Next Door Photos in Cincinnati. He’s passionate about using professional media, quality customer service, and next-day turnaround to help real estate agents WIN. When he’s not helping realtors delight their clients with high quality media, you can find him playing outside with his wife and three kids, or tackling that next big DIY project at home.

Regional Sales Manager

Zac Guyer has a passion for capturing special moments in time through photography to create stunning and intriguing art. This passion brought him to Next Door Photos where he enjoys helping Real Estate Agents market their listings. His unique perspective and expertise in photography positions him as a valuable resource for our clients. When he’s not behind the camera or helping agents win more listings, you’ll find Zac spending time with his wife and three kids.

Nikolas is a Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky based photographer. He developed a passion for using a camera in high school and has been striving to photograph anything he can since. When he’s not photographing listings for Real Estate Agents, you’ll find him capturing beautiful wedding videos on the weekends, or spending time with his wife, Kasey.

Diane Wick is a Media Pro with Cincinnati NDP. She loves art, music, people and animals. She is a graphic designer, photographer, musician, singer and works in many types of art mediums. When not taking photos for NDP, she spends time with her family and pets.

Steve works as a Technology Teacher on the West Side for grades k-8. When he’s not teaching or capturing beautiful listing photos, Steve enjoys hiking and wildlife photography.
